As Career Adroit, we only provide resume review and improvement services for now. This is why we need the information included in your resume, your e-mail address and phone number, and your name and surname. The reason we want these is to make sure that we communicate with you. According to the model of our service, you pay first and receive a response from us within 24 hours. We think that you must have at least two alternative addresses where we can reach you so that we can make sure that the service reaches you after you pay the fee.
All other information used when making a payment is outside of us. None of the information requested from you during payment is shared with us. Currently, we make our payments through iyzico and all information used in payment is their responsibility.
How do we use your information?
First of all, we would like to say that due to the new law, we should only save the resume in cloud-based systems. We use cloud-based platforms for both viewing and reviewing your resume, and we delete your resume file after we provide our service to you. You can be sure about that. When you purchase the "Advisor" package from us, we keep it on the platforms we mentioned for a year until you ask for deleting it.
We use all of the information contained in the CV only for review and improvement purposes, as they are the core elements of the service. We only use contact information to contact you directly. Apart from these purposes, none of the information you share with the website www.careeradroit.com (uses Wix infrastructure) is used by us for any other purpose. You can obtain information on how the information shared via Wix, Jotform and iyzico is used by third parties from the websites of the mentioned platforms.
The use of the mentioned platforms may require the use of their data on servers abroad. Therefore, we ask you not to forget that when you receive our service and send a resume, you are deemed to have accepted it.
